Announcements 01 Sep 2009: Dominion Finance Holdings Limited (In Liquidation) Court Exemption The Liquidators have applied to the Court under section 255(4) of the Companies Act 1993 for exemption of the requirements to send a copy of the Liquidators' report to all creditors and shareholders. Given the limited resources available and the length of time that the liquidation will be required to continue (the liquidation cannot be completed until the affairs of its subsidiaries are finalised and the companies struck off - at least until 2013), the Liquidators are not in the position to be able to meet the cost of the mail handling service. The Liquidators will continue to lodge the report with the Companies Office in a timely manner and a copy of the latest report is available on the "REPORTS" page. 14 Nov 2008: Dominion Finance Holdings Limited (In Voluntary Administration) Extension of the convening period granted The Administrators have been granted the extension of the convening period. A copy of the Sealed Orders is available on the "REPORTS" page. Further to the First Creditors' meeting of 28 October 2008, we invite comments from any creditor that may object to our application to delay the Watershed meeting for up to 60 days. We indicated that this was to be our likely course of action given the uncertainty around the date of the debt moratorium meeting of North South Finance Limited, currently scheduled for 1 December 2008.
